The location is nice and the service seemed good, however it doesn't feel as clean as I would like. I noticed in the Victorian suite the decor is exactly the same as a wedding I participated in several years ago which would be fine except lots of things were dusty. The hype that this hotel gets around town seems out of place given my experiences there. I have to say though that all my encounters with staff have been very good and they have been very accommodating.
