I recently used the services of this design office and found them to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and their portfolio showcased some interesting projects. However, I was hoping for more personalized attention and a deeper understanding of my specific needs. The communication could have been more prompt and clearer, and I felt that some aspects of the process were a bit rushed. While the final result was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail.
