I would like to make you aware of the good or should I say fantastic customer service that I (we) receive from your Team member Mandi Freer. She is most helpful & will go out of her way to locate the item we are looking for is always cheerful making it a pleasure to contact your business. I have never had a negative response from Mandi in the years that I have been calling in fact she is a breath of fresh air .

Just thought I would let you know how your staff are doing. You have a great team working for you
