I tried to call the CRAMIF this afternoon, my first caller hung up on me, the second ended our interview without explanation. I am naturally courteous because my education prevents me from being uncomfortable with people doing their job professionally. These attitudes make me think that CRAMIF's staff do their utmost to avoid detailed answers to the problems that their interlocutors evoke ... Incompetence certainly which would require a more precise look about their presence within a company of services...
