Your application has charged a fee for calling a toll number during refueling (payment by barcode). I asked why when writing a review. I received a reply that the Standards and Customer Relations Department would respond within 14 days. Time has passed and there is no answer. As you can see your standards are high in your opinion, and the relationships with customers are great. Envy your well-being, standards and relationships. It is worst when education surpasses intelligence. Avoid a wide berth.
