Went to this location 5/25/19- waitress was nice. Service was poor, our appetizer came out before we got our drinks, waitress told us they were out of ice, so we had room temperature drinks, my beer was also warm. Waitress messed up on my order, I asked for blacken shrimp tacos & no avocado dressing, because I am highly allergic to avocados, food order took forever to come out, my order was wrong, they brought me Mahi mahi tacos with avocado dressing, I told the waitress it was wrong and she took away my plate, ten minutes later the waitress said it would be 5 more minutes, she never checked to see if we needed anything then here comes my food and every one else was done eating, I had to flag the waitress down again to ask for kids drink refills and to get another beer, my friend asked for a beer as well and I had a feeling the waitress didn t understand that, so I flagged the waitress down again and said you understand we want two beers right? The waitress said oh no I didn t get that, 10 min later my warm beer came and then 5 min later my friends warm beer came. Our food was warm, not hot my Queso was cold and chips were stale. So I left a review on Joe s Crab Shack ratings from Landry s and the Manager Carey called and left me a voicemail, I called him back and he said I heard you had a bad experience with us because your beer didn t have salt on it and a manager did come by your table! I responded actually no that s not correct and explained my experience (same as above) no manager stopped by my table either and Carey s response was well sorry about that, that s not good, ok we ll have a good day . I was shocked, I use to work in the food industry and I have been in customer service my entire career and his response was BS! No wonder this restaurant was horrible, it s ran by horrible management! I will never go back and never recommend it to anyone and I ll make sure i let everyone know about my experience!
