Went in to help my mother apply. Receptionist who is a black lady was horrible to me and my mother. She yelled at us to sit down without asking us what we came in for. Paula then called me up and asked me if I needed help and then got someone to help me apply for a job right away. She was very helpful and respectful unlike the black lady next to her. As I sat there I realize this is how she provides customer service, is obvious she has no patients and needs to retire!!!
