I come regularly on business to Chisinau and Radisson Blu is always my choice. Location, services, safety, restaurants, etc make me concentrate just on business. Worth mentioning the large and fresh breakfast buffet (one of the best I have experienced) and the quality level of New York restaurants in the ground level open 24/7 where you can find for example wholegrain pasta with vegetables cooked as you were in a very good Italian restaurant.
