Considering the location, historical interior and facilities, no wonder why the Midland is the landmark in the middle of the Manchester city. But the most importantly, the main reason why people remember this hotel as the best in the city is because of the concierge staff. I stil remember their names as Mr. Albert and Mr. Paul and others at the concierge. I would not say Its 'service', what they have provided was ' hearts ' itself. All the staff at the concierge are not working but they are actually taking care of the guests as if guests are their family and friends. The most amazing concierge staff ever in my hotel experience of over 17 countires. Thank you again Paul and Albert, I would not forget about
your warmness. You all are the reason why the time at the Midland is unforgettable. Thank you all to the Concierge.
