Excellent. I enrolled my daughter Vedika , she is 8 years old, The classes conducted in pradipika were very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the students. My daughter felt comfortable at all times, felt treated with love and respect and felt , was in presence of a true teacher. Shivashankar P Shenoy sir, Bobby sir, who is an instructor teaches more than just postures. Class duration is for an hour long. Definitely recommend this place to take Yoga classes in pradipika.
