Lackluster customer service. I am a licensed, credentialed SLP and have attempted multiple times to order a speech test kit and protocols; in the past, I had no problems ordering. Now, they are requiring that you go through a qualification process. Even after entering my license info, they are still not qualifying my account to make the purchase. I have tried contacting customer service three times over the past 2 weeks, and still have received zero response. I'm wondering if ownership has changed, or something else, since this wasn't an issue in the past. Very frustrating experience.
