An impressive theatre experience in a small town with excellent performances beyond just the usual Shakesperean stereotypes. We saw Billy Elliott at the Festival Theatre and the quality of the venue, effects, and performances are top-notched. Comparable to that of watching theatre at the big three of Broadway, London's west end, and downtown Toronto but much more intimate. Beyond Festival theatre, there are also smaller theatre venues in the town. A must to get some culture in ya.
