My experience was not good. I ordered a pair of size 12 green rubber gardening shoes. Payment was made and they arrived quickly, however they were a size 11 although invoiced as a size 12. Then the fun started. I returned the shoes by the same Royal Mail method as I received them. I asked for my return postage to be credited as I had received an incorrect item. This was refused so I did not give the company a good feedback on EBay, through whom the shoes were bought. I was offered a small credit amount to withdraw my feedback, but turned this down as otherwise others will have the same problems me. .Almost immediately after this I was advised that my return had never got to the company so they could not credit me!! Funny coincidence!!!!
