The hotel was so beautiful. We had a room in the 14th floor (the Penthouse floor). The room was massive, with a living room and separate bedroom, and an absolutely amazing view. The staff were very nice and as helpful as possible, and there were taxis stationed there to take you wherever you wanted without having to wait. The hotel is right on the canal, which is extremely close to Ottawa. The room was comfortable, it had a large comfy bed and a complete kitchen including a full sized fridge, dishwasher, cutlery and dishes, and even a glass stovetop with two elements. The were a few holes in the walls and some "dark spots" in the ceiling corners, and instead of having an info binder, the info is on a TV channel that you need to maneuver (though it lags horribly and is a bit unusable). Overall, we loved our short stay, but we aren't picky.
