Smooth process from beginning to end. I was looking to buy CPO on a vehicle that would satisfy my need and my wallet. You will eventually appreciate no having a dealers fee rake off your pocket and also, the extra charges you get for electronic filing from other dealers, this is just highway robbery. These guys at JM Lexus are professionals. They do not pressure you into buying anything and tell you the facts with no BSing. The same salesman that shows you the vehicles and takes a ride with you to test-drive the vehicle, will process your papers and that provides me with a bit of sense of security that you are not going to get screwed in the process. You are not imposed options, the salesman shows you the options instead of sneaking it into you your bill of purchase. Just a refreshing and relaxing experience. I am not in the habit of doing surveys but I thought it useful for everyone to know all this.
