My social worker "Hawkins" and supervisor refuse to return any of my calls and I am now going a month without benefits due to my social workers lack of doing her job correctly and straight negligence. A letter was sent to me 14 days late! Stating my snap case will end within 10 days of the date the letter was mailed if an interrem report was not turned in. A 6 month interrem report form was NOT attached to that letter! Also, I have been receiving snap for 2 months not 6 months. Two ticket numbers in and still no call back! A few days after I received my first ticket number I did receive a letter by my social worker stating my snap will end 10/31. I have not received benefits this whole month!!!
