Unfortunately, a hopelessly overwhelmed service company which is not able to load parcels into the correct delivery vehicles (more and more incidents), especially when it comes to goods with a guaranteed delivery date. Telephone support only responds with a computer and not people. Unfortunately, with these incidents you only get a "Sorry, we can't do anything" answer instead of a solution-oriented approach.
