We have lived at Caldwell Townhomes for 18 months ...

We have lived at Caldwell Townhomes for 18 months and will be signing another year lease soon. Our lease is up, and although there are great incentives and lowered rent amounts all over Seattle right now due to Covid, we have chosen to stay here. That should tell you how exceptional our experience has been with The Foundation Group, specifically our property manager Michael over the last 18 months.

They went above and beyond when my safety was at risk due to a breach of my private information to the defendant in a Felony Domestic Assault case in which he was convicted. Micheal allowed us to immediately move to a different unit, putting my safety over the usual paperwork and lease agreement that usually has to be all taken care of in advance. In addition to helping with my safety, Michael also wrote a very professional letter that was included in my successful claim for damages against the Prosecutors office.

We have experienced nothing but sincere, caring, and professional interactions with this great property management company.
