Bought an in-stock bedframe 5/3/18. When I called to schedule delivery they'd sold them all and didn't have one for me. Than told me I could wait until Mid-September for new delivery or get a refund. They couldn't careless about doing it and never showed any true concern for the situation. The poor customer service is the worst part of the whole deal.
