Be prepared to be treated like a number... they don't need your business and they act like it !
We first reached out to them months ago, have had 2 different in person appts, did everything they asked, got pre approved and wrote a check to reserve a lot; which we did not get. Just called again about another development and was treated like someone just calling for the first time and haven't been in contact with them, trying to get a house since July. Zero personal experience.
