My husband and I just bought our very first car together here today! It was the very first time either of us had gone through this process and gotten a loan, but everyone was so helpful, friendly, and transparent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we're absolutely in LOVE with our "new to us" 2016 explorer!

UPDATE: We agreed to the aftermarket undercarriage protection for our new car. The woman told us she would be contacting us within 5 to 10 business days... it's been almost 3 weeks and we haven't heard a word. I called twice and left messages....still, nothing. So I use their online text message thing. They tell me they'll call me in 20 minutes. Nope. 40 minutes later I get a reply text saying they're too busy to out me on the schedule. Too busy to give a customer something they paid for?? Too busy to even call us back? Wow.
