Booked a maintenance service Toyota Gateway service department on 32K as I told the cost would be $145, when I got there the sheet to sign came with $452, when I refused to sign and told the receptionist that the cost $145 why 3 times extra I now see, she said she can cancel extra services and made the paper pretty ugly by crossing the lines, as I asked to give me another print, she replied printing takes half an hour which is obliviously foolish. I requested to visit her supervisor and she replied she is not available! I didn't find any trust and I asked to collect the key back and cancel the service which I'm pretty happy with that. Right away from out of the building I called the service department and interestingly they connected me to the service supervisor! yes, she was available! even though she apologized but she insisted the reprinting a paper takes time and my reply was that it's not acceptable to get a paper in print for half an hour, at the end when I asked her to change their service to stop this awful customer service relationship, she hanged up the phone on me!
BE CAREFUL and don't let them fool you, be aware and be away from this dealership as much as possible. I called another friend who has Toyota to see how was his experience with Gateway Toyota, his answer is "THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER SAW", which is interesting. Wish they change their attitude to consider honesty.

You mentioned in your below response "when the final invoice is printed it will correctly reflect the actual work done at the correct price" but before service you put the paper in front of me with $452 + tax to sign and I declined as even your colleague was not happy to make a clean print after changing the service to decline the cabin filter change! I'm pretty glad that day I left, I got the full service including all the items which you mentioned in that print with $305.49 in another Toyota dealership in City! and patiently they explained all necessary works about those items without getting angry about questioning them, for example simply they said when there is a maintenance service the tires gets rotated and the brake service comes in lower price not the full price of brake service. Your service receptionist even declined rotating the tires because she felt that's unnecessary as I just told I use winter tires. Even didn't check the treads and tires' sides before making decision. Your service definitly didn't worth even the one star which you see in my review, another dealership won my business which was a win-win, happy even I didn't come back there after your apology. Just a simple advice, be honest with your other customers.
