Although this is suppose to be a 4 star hotel, I would rate it as a 3. The floor and carpet was dirty. There was literally a ring of dirt around the bed. I always take Clorox Wipes to clean the bathroom regardless of where I stay, the toilet was dirty did not appear to have been cleaned in awhile. We had a late arrival so I called ahead to notify and confirm our rooms, when we got there we were assigned incorrect rooms, it took 2 trips to the front desk to get extra towels (because they didn't answer the phone), then shortly after we got them housekeeping took the fresh stack that we had and we had to request more. The service in the restaurant was good but the food definitely not worth the cost.
