I bought a villa in one of their project, with in one year the floor tiles started shaking, now started beaking. Have requested support to refix the tiles with offer to pay the refixing charges, no response from their customer care.

As per below suggestion I did call the number and couple of folks inspected my home on 2nd Oct and they told will get back. Later another person called and told me they will get the tiles and replace it. I kept on following up, but no work happened till date except more tiles broke. Looks like tiles were not fixed properly in a hurry to complete the work.
