Karen was great overall. She went over my rear tires with me and explained what was found during the inspection,and advised me on what to do if I noticed certain symptoms on my car. I would give 3.5 stars, but I'm disappointed that my car was not washed. She told me that she was washing it when I dropped it off for my inspection, and it had it on the receipt that it was. She walked me out to the car and said nothing about it not being cleaned. I was too tired to wait longer. I just took it home and parked it in the garage as filthy as it was. It made me wonder if my car car was really thoroughly inspected.
