From the very first phone call about test driving a pre-owned black Navigator L to purchasing a Silver Navigator L, Jim, was very polite, respectful and did exactly what he said he was going to do. This is our first Lincoln we purchased ever and I would refer Jim Montroy to anyone, great guy!!. The Varsity Dealership is very clean, neat and friendly. Jere, the manager also was over looking the whole sale. He introduced himself with respect and politeness to my wife and I. He made sure everything was taken care of for us. I would rate the overall experience so far about 9.5 out of 10. We will be looking at an MKZ pre-owned in about 1.5-2years and as long as they keep this type of service and friendliness up, we will be back, count on it!! Paul and Deborah James!!
