Elijah was remarkably professional and punctual, even during this trying time with the COVID-19 pandemic. He was quick to assist in diagnostic on a preliminary assessment visit, and immediately scheduled an emergency dispatch that he personally saw to completing when my furnace failed and began to expel water through its casing. He went above and beyond, and I look forward to all future work that will involve Elijah and his colleagues.
