Poor service! My husband's company Bob Thomas Ford West uses this service, he has shirts that have flaws in fabric (before it was manufactured) and can not get shirt replaced. Driver that delivers uniforms never has special form to fill out for repairs. Buttons come up missing when laundered but never get replaced. The person pressing these uniforms surely see this but never repairs it. Is there no inspection of these uniforms after pressing. He had a button missing for weeks on his pants and could get it replaced.
We now works 5 days but only has 3 uniforms, and when one is unwearable this is a real problem.
