If you are someone who believes that being able to contact someone is important then you should avoid this place. The service is not only terrible, but if you attempt to call them you won't be able to.
If after jumping too many hurdles you are able to get in contact with someone they most likely will promise to call you and then (if you really need to talk to someone) make you jump those hurdles again after never hearing from them again.
