Went for lunch, ordered from the standard lunch me...

Went for lunch, ordered from the standard lunch menu. On the menu it mentioned main course, desert and tea/coffee for 14.95. There were also sign up around the bar also with this price.

We ordered main course, desert and coffee. When we went to pay we were charged full amount 37 euro, we expected based on offer that it would have been less than 30 euro, I raised this with Oliver when i got the bill. He said I should have said it before I paid. I assumed as it was on the menu and advertised on the bar walls that it was automatic. When I questioned him he said its gone through the system now and its too late to change it.

We were very satisfied with the food and had planned to call back to eat there again to eat there soon as its convenient location. But after that experience we wont be going back there again....and wont be recommending it to others either. So much for customer service!!
