At the time of settling, we asked him about the subject, he then told us that he had served a fondue for 1 person.
Only as you can see on our bill, it was a fondue for 2 !!
We then went back to see him, and again he showed tremendous bad faith in telling us that he had decreased the portion ...
This attitude is not consistent with the positioning of the hotel. We hope that this person will not be reinstated next season.
Small clarification on the service:
Hot Chablis
Hair in the raclette
Service too fast, we could not enjoy our dinner.
