Wow, I join the rest of the recent reviews on Customer Service. Very disappointing that an online company can perform this poorly in today's world with Amazon and others. The product was fine, just was not what I expected, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrific. Called several times and could never get through to anybody. 3 weeks later finally got to somebody and they issues RMA. Shipped the product back and never received a refund. Called and got right through however the Customer Service Agent put me on hold for 20 minutes while she tried contacting somebody in the warehouse. They had no information on the return, thank goodness I saved the tracking number. After being extremely rude, she agreed to call me back. Never got a call back. Had to file with my credit card.
