I've been wanting to come to this restaurant since I read a review by a Googler.
For starters - you don't get a menu. You get a list of ingredients and food just shows up. They will work around any food allergies or restrictions.
The food is fantastic - fresh and interesting ingredients, fun combinations, perfectly executed. The chef did an exceptional job with textures in just about every course.
It's a well-paced meal with impeccable service by a knowledgable staff who are more than happy to answer any questions you might have. ("What did you say about the butter?" "It's certified by the XXX in France.")
The Michelin star is well-deserved. It's the type of place you reserve for a special occasion, but it's definitely worth it.
