My wife and I just purchased a new BMW M2 Competition.
Ashraf Aried was our sales consultant thought the process. From my first online contact, through final delivery, he was courteous and professional. We had several email exchanges and a few phone conversations that aided greatly in my decision to purchase from BMW Seattle. We had originally wanted to pick up the car on Jan 2. Just so happened that it was his day off. Ashraf still offered to come in and assist in the delivery.
We chose to delay a day so he could enjoy his time off. Upon arrival at the dealership, he made us feel genuinely welcome & comfortable.
While we waited with him in his office for finance to arrange all of the paper work, we were treated with great conversation ranging from world travel to sharing cooking stories. I have purchased close to 50 new vehicles for the past 20 years from various dealerships in WA & OR, this was by far one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences ever. Thanks to you Ashraf!
