Our company switched over to another management co...

Our company switched over to another management company. This was not my decision. HealthSmart refused to process any more claims and started denying all claims stating that the new management company would have to process them. HealthSmart had already been paid to process these claims for the time period in question. They failed to turn over ALL information to the new management company and refuse to provide it to me.

Just because you lost the business does not mean you should act childish. During this transition I have experienced the absolutely worse conduct I have ever seen by any company.
