Beautiful studio with excellent instruction. The hot 60 (bikram method) was exactly what I've been looking for. I've taken traditional bikram for nearly 20 years but was finding it had become just too much. Too long, too hot and recovery took days. The 60 min class was just perfect and I finally enjoyed it again.
