A monumental waste of taxpayer money. Scary place at times. You can't enter or leave without running a gauntlet of bums and racist ghetto trash who loiter there all day, sleep on the floor of the lobby, and/or harass you as you pass. Beware of whoever is lurking in the bathrooms, too. Worst part is, the library (and the county behind them) seem to not only ignore the problem, but encourage it with "homeless outreach" programs.
