Taking over a company is not something that you do just like that, there is a lot involved and we have been helped with that. Effectivity Consultancy has also assisted us with refinancing. These are things I had no experience with. Our wishes were inventoried, contact was made with various banks, requests for tenders were taken care of and everything was handled well. Then it is nice to be able to rely on the knowledge and expertise of the consultant who is very involved with your company. We have experienced this entire event as pleasant. We are also unburdened in various areas. For example, payroll administration, accounting and all tax returns are taken out of your hands. I can count on everything to be correct and it's great that I don't have to worry about that myself.
