After receiving a bill I should not have received ...

After receiving a bill I should not have received due to issues with Glens Falls Hospital. I'm trying to deal with this collection agency. Even before the panendemic they have been hard to get ahold of. During the pandemic they said on their answering machine to email or leave a message I have not received any contact back. Their website honestly does not look secure. and at this point I have asked them to meet me in the middle on my bill with no response back even with giving me my account number at least.

it is getting old today with a bill that is in collections that I should not have in collections in the first place due to a hospital updating their billing system and not being able to smoothly transition thanks a lot GFH and overton Russell
