The tech for my yearly service call was prompt, efficient and did a good job. He found that the air filter for my whole house humidifier was quite dirty and replaced that for $30 in addition to the regular service. I had to confess that I had never replaced that filter in 15 years, since I didn't even know that it was there. Good thing that humidifier was lightly used.
