I first worked with JKent Staffing six years ago, and was immediately impressed by their professionalism and attentiveness to what I needed. They sent me on a couple of assignments with some very good companies.
When I found myself in the midst of a career change earlier this year, I contacted them, hoping they could help me again. Within days, they found work for me with a great company, which has opened up a tremendous career in front of me. This company also has developed a long-standing relationship for JKent for a great many staffing needs, and trusts them to provide the right talent.
The staff at JKent seem to target a person's strengths and personality and send them exactly where they need to be. They are communicative and reliable in terms of employee/employer dialogue. Being a unique staffing agency with a more independent bent, JKent demonstrates a culture in which a prospective job-seeker isn't just a plug-and-play number, but a unique person with specific talents and goals. Furthermore, they have a great network with many of the best companies in town. I applaud JKent Staffing for the work they have done with and for me!
