Peak Properties is the worst. I mean literally the worst. They don't fix things ever, they charge outrageous fees for just about anything they can think of, and on top of that they go out of their way to avoid all kinds of contact with their tenants. I'm surprised that a lawsuit hasn't been brought against them. I've lived in a bunch of apartments around Chicago and Peak by far is the worst as far as management goes. Did I mention that they are the worst!?
