Main reason to rate it so low is mainly due to the limited airport shuttle service which starts only at 5.30 am which is not sufficient since flights starts leaving already at 6.00 am. As an airport hotel, such considerations should be taken into account. Or they could have separate arrangements for transportation to the airport for guests that need to leave earlier before the 1st shuttle starts since this is the main reason guests chooses an airport hotel. Other than that, staff in general are ok - most are able to communicate in English. Rooms are ok and there are tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Although a small complain would be the limited lighting in the shower/bathroom. Internet speed is ok. With the new Taoyuan metro, the hotel is just above the "Airport hotel" stop. For the price paid, I would say the value for money is on the low side - but I guess it is because of the limited alternatives to this property. If I had to stay at the airport area again, I would look for another alternative if possible.
