The staff at Bowties is great and they're all very sweet. However, I'm giving 3 stars because my wedding dress experience ended up being a disappointment. Based on the staff's recommendation following my measurements, I ordered my dress in a size 8. The dress was gapingly huge on me. Even after $700 in alterations, it never did quite fit and I'm sad to say my dress was probably my least favorite part of my wedding day. They were sweet and offered me a small partial refund, but I could never have afforded a brand new dress, nor did I have the time to order one just 2 weeks before my wedding.
