Just set up the reservation - it was very thorough.
Just did the quick check-in - it was very easy.
Just talked to Tamara on the phone for some quick questions - she was VERY helpful. I note that other reviews indicated a need for better customer service; well, they weren't talking to her, I wager that!

I've used UHaul before - and from this location - and I've had VERY few problems. Hopefully, my move goes as smoothly as my rental does.
