Hard to reach the staff in person, they are almost never in the office. The washers and driers are constantly out of order, and we have to ask for the coins back when the staff is not available. The laundry room is locked from 9 PM to 9 AM. You are out of luck if your kid needs the team uniform locked in before going to a game the next day. There are units with washers and driers at home. Those guys don't have to deal with that. We had 3 dishwashers in 10 years. Maintenance is the "duct tape" quality. Inspections, 6 strangers invading the apartment to stick their noses in every room. and they will come even if you are not home. The grounds are "maintained " by a dude blowing a machine all morning when there are no leaves or snow on the ground, just dust onto the walls. The machine is loud and messy. There is no healthy grass, it is more like straw. They cut the heck off the bushes, all misshapen and low on the ground. The guys who work on the roof leave a mess on the porch, covering the chairs and the plants with crud. The trash is all the way on the back of the property. When it's raining or snowing, we are stuck with trash bags or have to walk down a long ramp or slippery multiple steps to throw it away. We had several car break in, bikes stolen (plus others) and we told them what happened, they pretty much said it was our fault. It is affordable comparing to the other complexes in the area, but for a price.
