This place is a joke. Do not go here! Telling someone they can t leave due to policy. Having someone sign a critical care form stating that the estimate will be anywhere from 300-700 no matter what then giving an 1100.00 estimate. When my mom said she couldn t pay that amount and would pay whatever she could after midnight they then blew her phone up all night and threatened to press charges for animal abandonment and theft of services. As a member of Law Enforcement I know this is inaccurate. It s a completely civil matter. What I do know is illegal is holding someone against their will no matter what your policy states, then stating well out of the goodness of my heart I ll allow you to leave. This place is a joke. The BBB will be contacted. Janet the supervisor shouldn t be in charge of anything as she has no people skills. Also the Springdale Police Dept was contacted by me, and no reports were on file and frankly the officer stated they probably wouldn t do anything anyway as again it is a civil matter. After a traumatic experience and then the way my mother was treated this clinic will be lucky if they don t end up with a lawsuit.
