I had a terrible customer service experience with one of the woman anwering the phone. Her name is Christina I would just like to say she has absolutely no people skills,and no home training. This woman was rude with a very ugly attitude!! I called a few times on my break because I was at work so When Christina answered the phone I advised her that I had never rented a bouncy house before I would like to know a little more information about the prices and bouncy houses. She immediatley snapped. Was extremely rude and very disrespectful. Went on about how she is not a sales rep and does not work in sales... And a lot of absurd rude things. When working with CUSTOMER service you are the face of the company!!!! Representing the company in every aspect. This woman should not be employed by anyone with her customer service skills as they are crap!!! and I would never do buisness with a company like this EVER!! I'm glad I did not go through with renting a bouncy house from these people this company is TRASH!!! Word of mouth is the fastest way to spread the word about a business with no people skills like this one. If this company wants to be in business long they must get rid of CHRISTINA AND PEOPLE LIKE HER. RACHET IGNORANT TRASH!!!
