My son came down with the flu at school and I wanted to get him seen ASAP to get Tamiflu. Could not get in to see his primary care physician.
Went to Stanford ER. We were quickly triaged and determined to be more of an urgent case, than a true emergency. The doctor ran the test confirmed it was flu, gave my son a Tamiflu and called in the prescription after telling me the pros and cons of the medication and off we went. Very professional in all respects.
