Having closed multiple properties with Summit Title here in NH I can say they re nothing less than amazing. Ellen Frith, my account manager is an angel. She is funny, extremely responsive, and handles my clients with the highest level of care. Sometimes scheduling a closing becomes a last minute ordeal due to everything happening behind the scenes to reach that point.
